All written quotations automatically expire within thirty (30) days from the date quoted unless designated as firm for a specific other period in writing by an officer of Share. All prices are subject to adjustment on account specifications, quantities or others terms and conditions which are not part of original price quotation. All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Prices are effective on date of sale and are subject to change or discontinuance without notice. Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining any required authorization, foreign exchange permit or license according with U.S. export control laws and the country of destination. Diversion contrary to U.S. laws is prohibited.
